30-Minute Discovery call with your advisor about your needs, then based on the number of employees you have, each employee including you will submit a basic Flow Form.

 

This survey will help to identify problem areas as well as provide insight into the day-to-day operations.

 

After Flow Forms have been collected and you have provided any vital KPIs, PNL Reports or SOPs that could allow further understanding of the current state of the organization we can move forward to the last step.

 

The audit begins as the Flow Form Strategy Team reviews your data, then converts that to an actionable plan to revive your business and minimize the frustrations that are causing underperformance and frustration. 

 

This approach takes the guess work out of annual improvement planning and can also replace employee reviews if you are struggling with staff underperformance.
